Welcome to the Transposon and Cancer Epigenetics Group!

We are interested in the biology and regulation of transposable elements, which make up around 50% of the human genome. Using an integrative approach, combining functional and computational genomics, our team works to uncover their impact in oncogenesis and efficacy of cancer treatments in blood cancers.
